Westview Youth Lacrosse relies on parent and community volunteers to create a positive, supportive experience for our players. Whether you are new to lacrosse or have been around the game for years, there are meaningful ways to get involved.
Team Parents
Team Parents support coaches, players, and families throughout the season. This role is open to both boys and girls programs and does not require prior lacrosse experience.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with team communication
Supporting practice and game day logistics
Coordinating with coaches and program leadership

Treasurer
The Treasurer oversees the financial operations of Westview Youth Lacrosse and plays a key role in ensuring the program remains financially healthy and sustainable. This role works closely with the Board and Program Directors.
Typical responsibilities may include:
Managing club finances, including income and expenses
Providing regular financial updates to the Board
Overseeing payments, reimbursements, and budget tracking
Supporting annual reporting and compliance requirements
Member At Large
For volunteers who want to take an active role in supporting Westview Youth Lacrosse but aren't looking to fill a specific board position. Members At Large assist with projects, events, planning, and other program needs as they arise.
This role is a great fit for volunteers who want to:
Attend board meetings and stay involved in program planning
Support special projects, events, fundraising, or recruiting efforts
Share professional skills or expertise that can benefit the program
Help evaluate opportunities and provide parent perspectives
