Westview Youth Lacrosse relies on parent and community volunteers to create a positive, supportive experience for our players. Whether you are new to lacrosse or have been around the game for years, there are meaningful ways to get involved.
Team Managers
Team Managers support coaches, players, and families throughout the season. This role is open to both boys and girls programs and does not require prior lacrosse experience.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with team communication
Supporting practice and game day logistics
Coordinating with coaches and program leadership

Girls Program Director
The Girls Program Director oversees the development and operations of the girls program. This role works closely with coaches, families, and league partners to ensure a positive and well-organized season.
Typical responsibilities may include:
Supporting coaches and team formation
Assisting with scheduling and league coordination
Serving as a point of contact for girls program families
Equipment Manager
The Equipment Manager helps ensure players and teams have the equipment they need for practices and games. This role is ideal for someone organized and comfortable managing inventory and logistics.
Typical responsibilities may include:
Managing program equipment and uniforms
Coordinating distribution and collection of equipment
Assisting with equipment needs throughout the season
Board Secretary
The Board Secretary supports the organization’s operations and governance through documentation and record keeping.
Typical responsibilities may include:
Maintaining meeting notes and records
Assisting with documentation and organizational communications
Supporting board processes and compliance needs
